- This blade produces a smooth, burr-free finish when cutting thin aluminum, brass and other non-ferrous metal extrusions.
- A high tooth count with a -5° hook angle allows the teeth to slice efficiently through the material without binding.
- The requirements on the cutting edge greatly differ with nonferrous metals than with cutting wood.
- With this in mind, Freud formulated a special carbide with high impact strength for this blade. Freud recommends use of a liquid lubricant when cutting non-ferrous materials.
- This can be accomplished with a spray of WD-40 or other similar type of lubricant every 4 or 5 cuts.
- Wax sticks are not recommended.

Shipping costs are not included in our prices. During checkout, we'll determine the shipping charges based on your order's weight and where it's being delivered to.

What is the "Shipping Quote" option for?
The Shipping Quote option is available for international customers, those within the USA, or for customers living in remote areas who are interested in knowing the cost of shipping before the order is sent.
How much is shipping on heavy items?
For orders exceeding 150 pounds (approximately 68 kilograms) or measuring more than 165 inches (approximately 419 centimeters) in total overall piece size, freight shipping charges will apply. Prior to shipment being sent out, you'll receive an email or phone call outlining the freight shipping costs.
When will my credit card be charged?
